Welcome to our Motion Design course for Phase. In today’s lesson, we’ll be learning everything we need to in order to get started with Phase. Let's dive right in!

Course Outcome

Developing the ability to create basic designs and simple animations to get started in Phase.

Assignment

Our first assignment consists in creating a simple animation using shapes and applying some basic effects to them, such as rotation.

Show us the results on X, Instagram, or on our Discord, and don't forget to tag Phase!

Begin this journey into animation right here with this template, or build it from scratch. Note that the template provides basic shapes in Phase—rectangles and ovals. We'll learn more about creating complex shapes using Boolean operations later in the course!
